Doyle: Will McCollum go to Windsor?

As my phone rings asking me if I know if John Tavares is going to Windsor, London, neither, or somehow both - there is also the matter of goaltender Thomas McCollum.

At last check, talks continue between the Spitfires and Storm regarding the Team USA and Storm veteran netminder. But it is believed the two sides are fairly far apart. Storm General Manager..err..Assistant GM Jason Brooks is going to want to bring back a large chunk of future if he's going to make a deal. On the other hand, Windsor GM Warren Rychel knows the Spitfires are in great shape for next year, not wanting to sacrifice too much for this year's run.

We know McCollum and Spitfires prospect Brandon Maxwell are the two main pieces, anybody can figure that part out. Where the two sides are far apart is where do they go from there and who adds what.
