Doyle: Attack set to make announcement
The Owen Sound Attack have scheduled a press conference for Wednesday at the Harry Lumley Bayshore Community Centre.
While it was not part of the team announcement, you have to presume it will be to announce a new General Manager. We'll keep you posted on any information we hear on this throughout the weekend.

The Niagara IceDogs have worked out their lease with the City of St. Catharines for Jack Gatecliff Arena. As part of the deal, the team will be paying very little for ice rental.

It did not take long for Patrick Kane to make an appearance in the Windy City. Just three days after being Chicago's first overall pick in the NHL Entry Draft, the London Knights forward was at Wrigley Field to take part in a local tradition.
Sapurji: Leafs sign Gamache
The Toronto Maple Leafs announced today that they have signed speedy forward Simon Gamache to a 2-year-deal.
Gamache, 26, played for Bern in the Swiss Elite League last year neting 66 points (20 goals, 46 assists) in 44 games -- good enough for the league scoring title.

COLUMBUS - The 2007 National Hockey League Entry Draft is in the books with 35 OHL players being selects, including one who "stole the show".
