Doyle: Former OHLer selected by Cleveland Indians
Former Mississauga IceDogs defenceman Adam Abraham is now property of the Cleveland Indians. The University of Michigan third baseman was selected in the 13th round by the Indians in the annual MLB Draft. While 13th round sounds very low to a hockey fan, the baseball draft seems to go forever as there are at least 50 rounds.
Doyle: Rangers enjoy one last team experience
The Kitchener Rangers may have been disappointed when they fell in the Memorial Cup championship game, but the team was able to enjoy one final experience together before many went their separate ways.

When the London Knights made Indiana Ice defenceman John Carlson their second round pick in the 2008 OHL Priority Selection, you had to figure he would end up in a Knights uniform since he's two years older than most players chosen.
Sapurji: MacKinnon to London, Wilkins to Owen Sound
The Owen Sound Attack have sent forward Chris MacKinnon to the London Knights in exchange for defenceman Andrew Wilkins and a fourth round pick in 2010.
Doyle: OHL's 2006 NHL Draftees left out
June 1st marked the deadline for OHL players selected in the 2006 NHL Entry Draft to be signed or the NHL club lost their rights. It appears a handful of OHL players are now without NHL affiliation.
Doyle: Let the OHL's "silly season" begin
June 1st marks the resumption of trading in the Ontario Hockey League until the end of the month. While it's expected we'll have to wait until the work week begins for moves to happen, it's expected to be fairly busy.
